Type the tracking number from your courier SMS (or your order number), and the last 4 digits of the phone number you ordered with. We will tell you whether it is a parcel we sent. This works for orders in Pakistan.

- Our team replies Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday, 2 PM to 10 PM
If your order was not with us
- If the parcel is not in your hands yet, do not pay for it. You can refuse a cash-on-delivery parcel at the door.
- Keep the packaging and the courier slip. They show who sent it.
- Tell us. Send the website address and tracking number to us on WhatsApp or email.
We want to be straight with you: if you paid another seller, we are not able to refund that money — it never reached us. What we can do is help you work out what you bought, and add your report to the record we are building.
