If the website you ordered from is not on this list, it is not us.

Check your parcel

Type the tracking number from your courier SMS (or your order number), and the last 4 digits of the phone number you ordered with. We will tell you whether it is a parcel we sent. This works for orders in Pakistan.

Both boxes are needed. We never show your number back to you — it is only used to check the parcel is yours, so that nobody else can look up your order.

If your order was not with us

  • If the parcel is not in your hands yet, do not pay for it. You can refuse a cash-on-delivery parcel at the door.
  • Keep the packaging and the courier slip. They show who sent it.
  • Tell us. Send the website address you ordered from and the tracking number to 0301 2546333 on WhatsApp, or email helloelyscents@gmail.com.

We want to be straight with you: if you paid another seller, we are not able to refund that money — it never reached us. What we can do is help you work out what you bought, and add your report to the record we are building.

What we are doing about it

  • ELYSCENTS and OUD AL ABRAJ are registered trade marks in Pakistan, registered on 22 November 2024 and in force until 22 November 2034.
  • They are held at the Trade Marks Registry, Karachi, under the Intellectual Property Organisation of Pakistan: ELYSCENTS 782579 (Class 35) and 782580 (Class 3, Perfumes); OUD AL ABRAJ 782577 (Class 35) and 782578 (Class 3, Perfumes).
  • Confirmed by IPO search report No. TM-Search/347950/2026, dated 4 September 2026.
  • The websites listed above have been reported to their domain registrars and hosting providers, and a formal complaint is in preparation.
